1. Service Description

This platform is operated by Guangzhou Xuanlong Business Consulting Co., Ltd. and provides Russian market promotion, B2B showcase, and related business services to Chinese suppliers. By using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and truthful company and product information; must not post illegal, false, or infringing content; and must comply with applicable laws in China and target markets.

3. Payment & Refunds

Service fees are as listed on the pricing page. Payments are accepted via Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfer. Once a plan has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. If the Company is unable to fulfill the service due to its own fault, a proportional refund will be negotiated.

4. Intellectual Property

Content uploaded by users remains the intellectual property of the user. Platform content created by the Company is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for promotion results affected by force majeure, third-party platform policy changes, or user-related factors. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid by the user.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a competent court in Guangzhou.
