FAQ
We are small. Is 1C really mandatory?
The obligation to keep books and file returns starts at registration, and 1C is the de facto standard in Russia — the tax authority and the banks are built around it. A small operation means less work, not less obligation.
We already have a Russian accountant. Why you?
If someone already keeps the books, we can supply only the Chinese dashboard and the marketplace exchange, so head office understands the numbers. There is no reason to duplicate work and charge for it.
Who carries the risk of a filing error?
We file, and we keep the supporting working papers. The scope of work and the limits of responsibility are agreed before we start.
Can we take the database back later?
Yes. The database is yours and can be handed to your own accountant at any time.
