Sell on Wildberries through our company
Start selling in Russia without registering a company there
Opening your own shop in Russia means registering a legal entity, obtaining a 1C key within three days, hiring an accountant and opening a corporate bank account — months and real money before a single unit is sold. Our company already trades on Wildberries: you place goods with us and start selling, and within a month or two you know whether the market wants your product.
Why us
No Russian entity needed
No company registration, no 1C, no bank account, no Russian accountant. You use our existing, trading shop.
Test with a small batch
A small shipment and a real market response, instead of spending heavily on a company and a team on faith.
The Russian side is ours
Product cards, buyer questions, review replies and marketplace penalty disputes are all handled by a Russian-speaking team.
You see the numbers
Sales, stock, returns and reviews in a Chinese-language dashboard — the same data we see.
Scale up when it works
After a successful trial, move to full account management, or register your own company with our help.
An agency agreement
We work as your agent: ownership of the goods, settlement periods and the split of responsibility are all written into the contract.
How we work
Selection and costing
Whether there is demand in Russia, what competitors charge, and the true landed cost including marketplace fees.
Shipment
We help with export, customs clearance and delivery into the Wildberries warehouse.
Go live
Russian product cards, pricing and a first round of promotion.
Settlement and review
Weekly settlement with a Chinese-language sales report; then we decide together whether to scale.
FAQ
Who owns the goods and how is money settled?
We work under an agency agreement: the goods remain your property, we sell them on the platform as your agent, and settle weekly with a sales report. Ownership, settlement periods and the fee structure are all fixed in the contract.
What about certification?
Most categories in Russia require EAC certification, and clothing, footwear and cosmetics also require Chestny ZNAK marking. This must be in place before shipping — uncertified goods cannot be listed, and that is a platform and regulatory requirement. We tell you in advance exactly which documents your category needs.
How much stock do we need to send?
A trial usually starts with a small batch; the exact quantity depends on the category and warehouse requirements. The point is to buy an honest market answer with the least money.
What if it does not sell?
That is precisely the value of a trial — certainty, bought cheaply. You get a Chinese-language analysis of whether the problem is the product, the price, or the listing and promotion, and we decide whether to adjust or withdraw.
What if we later want our own company?
At any point. We help register the entity, set up accounting and 1C, and hand the shop and its full sales history over to your own company.
