AI for Russian text and paperwork
Russian mail, invoices and price lists become Chinese-readable data
The Russian side generates a lot of information, all of it in Russian: customer mail, supplier quotes, invoices, packing lists, customs declarations. Having staff translate and re-key it is slow and error-prone. We turn those documents into structured data with a Chinese summary attached.
Why us
Russian mail sorted
Enquiries, invoices and marketplace notices get a topic, an urgency and an owner, plus a short Chinese summary. Bulk mail is filtered out.
Documents without re-keying
Invoices, waybills, packing lists and declarations as PDFs or photos become rows in your system.
Translation inside the workspace
Not a separate browser tab, and with business context: part numbers, customer names and contract terms are not mangled.
Product records generated
A Chinese price list becomes Russian descriptions and specifications; once a native speaker has checked them, they are ready for marketplaces and your site.
A daily summary in Chinese
Every day in WeChat or Telegram: what sold in Russia, what stalled, what is overdue.
First reply in Russian
A Russian customer's enquiry does not wait for the Chinese working day: the system answers, asks for what is missing and hands it on.
How we work
Find what hurts
We look at where staff time actually goes and take on only the tasks where AI produces measurable savings.
Build it in
AI becomes part of the working screen, not a separate service someone has to remember to open.
Verify on your data
We measure accuracy on your real Russian documents and mail, and tune it to a usable level.
FAQ
Is free machine translation not enough?
Free translation gives you the gist, but it does not know your part numbers, customer names or contract terms, and it does not write anything into your system. We do context-aware conversion: the output is usable data, not text somebody still has to re-key.
Where does our data go?
We settle this before any work starts: what is sent to the model, what stays on your server, what can be anonymised. If the data is sensitive, we run the model on your own hardware and nothing leaves the building.
How accurate is Russian document recognition?
Accuracy is measured on your real documents before launch. The system does not guess at doubtful lines — it flags them for a person to check.
Do we need our own IT team?
No. We develop it, deploy it, train staff on both sides and support it afterwards.
We are not sure where AI would help. Where do we start?
With the process review. Two or three days is enough to see where staff spend hours on what a machine can read, and what that costs each month.
