Systems for your Russia operation
Your Russian side, readable from Chinese headquarters
Once a Chinese company registers a Russian entity, hires Russian staff and goes onto 1C, head office stops being able to see what happens on that side: the paperwork is in Russian, the books are in 1C, customers and dealers are scattered across email and WeChat. We build the system that puts the Russian operation into a Chinese-language interface — Russian on one side, Chinese on the other, one set of data.
Why us
Two languages, one database
The Russian office works in Russian, head office reads the same data in Chinese. No translator, no forwarded spreadsheets.
Connected to 1C
1C accounting is mandatory once you register in Russia, and it is entirely in Russian. We pull its data into reports head office can actually read.
Wholesale and dealers
Enquiries, quotes, orders, shipments, reconciliation — the part cross-border ERPs never reach: offline wholesale and the dealer network.
Russian paperwork read automatically
Invoices, waybills, packing lists and customs declarations become structured data without manual translation and re-keying.
No per-seat fees
Everyone in the Russian branch who needs access gets it. Your only monthly cost is the server and support.
Your server, your source code
Registered in your name, source and documentation handed over. Any developer can pick it up.
How we work
Review
2–3 days: we map how the Russian side runs today and show where money leaks. You get a system diagram and a quote.
Prototype
One week: a working version on your real data, before the full project is paid for.
Build
3–5 weeks: the system, 1C and marketplace exchange, data migration, bilingual interface.
Launch
Deployed to your server, both sides trained, first month of support included.
FAQ
We already use a cross-border ERP. Why add this?
Cross-border ERPs handle orders and stock on Ozon and Wildberries, and they do it well — we do not duplicate that. We cover what they never reach: the Russian entity's 1C books, offline wholesale and dealers, Russian paperwork, and the daily work of your Russian staff.
Why not have it built in China?
Chinese developers write good code, but they do not know how 1C works, what Russian documents look like, how marketplace penalties are calculated or what a Russian accountant needs. Those are not programming problems.
How long does it take?
Review 2–3 days, prototype one week, a working system 3–5 weeks. A full system with warehouse, customs and 1C exchange takes 6–8 weeks.
We have not registered in Russia yet. Is it too early?
No. Sorting the processes out before registration is far cheaper than rebuilding afterwards. We can run in parallel with company setup, accounting and legal.
What if you stop working with us?
The server and domain are in your name, the source code and documentation are handed over, and any developer can continue — unlike a closed platform.
Can we see a working example?
Yes. We demonstrate live systems: a supplier portal with catalogues, a CRM that sorts Russian mail automatically, and marketplace data exchange.
